Lead-generating business websites and sales landing pages
Modern business websites and campaign landing pages that bring in leads.

This service covers designing and building modern, outward-facing business websites, campaign landing pages and lead-generating sales pages that have one main goal: turning visitors into paying customers or quality enquiries.
I do not build template-like pages crammed with pointless graphics, or slow ones. I build fast-loading, mobile-optimized web interfaces with clean code and a well-thought-out logical structure, which plug straight into your business's sales processes.
Which pages and solutions does the service cover?
- Sales and campaign landing pages (one-page sites)
- Focused landing pages built around one specific product, service or ad campaign.
- A clear call-to-action (CTA) structure, a clear message and a layout free of distractions.
- Direct card payment or a detailed quote-request form built in.
- Lead-generating company presentation websites
- Multi-page business websites that present your company, references and services credibly and professionally.
- A clear menu structure, modern design and clean typography.
- Interactive elements (price calculator, interactive map, FAQ block, contact points).
- Lead-generation and quote-request funnels
- Multi-step smart forms that lead the visitor through the questions step by step to reduce drop-off.
- Instant lead forwarding by email, to a Google Sheets spreadsheet or straight into your CRM.
- Full conversion tracking and analytics
- Professional placement of the essential tracking codes (Google Analytics 4, Meta/Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager).
- Event tracking: button clicks, form submissions and purchases tracked precisely, so your ads can learn from accurate data.
- A GDPR-compliant cookie notice and a proper data-handling back end.
- Full technical and mobile optimization
- A 100% responsive layout that displays properly and proportionally on smartphones, tablets and large monitors.
- Lightning-fast loading (optimized images, compressed code), which directly improves your ad conversion cost and your Google ranking.
How does the project work?
- Defining goals and target audience: We clarify the exact purpose of the website (direct sales, call requests or quote requests) and go through the texts, images and brand direction you provide.
- Wireframe and layout design: I put together the logical skeleton of the page, the position of the conversion points (buttons, forms) and the visual hierarchy.
- Development and technical build: I build the site with modern, reliable technology (an easy-to-manage CMS or custom code, depending on the task) and connect the forms and analytics.
- Thorough functional and device testing: I check that it works in different browsers and on real mobile devices. I test form submission and that the tracking codes fire.
- Going live and handover: I set up the domain and hosting, move the site to the live server and hand over full access to the website.
What does the handover include?
- The finished, tested and live website or landing page.
- A mobile-friendly build and speed optimization.
- Working forms, automatic confirmation emails and analytics tracking codes.
- A short guide to managing the site (for changing texts, images and contact details later).
- Technical supervision in the days after launch.
How we work and how it is priced
- Fixed project price: Based on the number of pages needed, the length of the content and the features you want, we agree on a fixed amount in advance.
- Fair partnership: As a starting freelancer, my goal is for your website to actually bring revenue and enquiries to your company. If thorough testing or fine-tuning the form integrations takes a few extra days, I charge no surcharge.
- Prerequisites: Renting hosting and a domain is the client's task (I help you choose them), and the text and image material is provided by mutual agreement.
Frequently asked questions
What do I need to provide to start a website or landing page?
Basically your company details, a description of the services or products to present, and your existing logo and images. If the copy is not completely ready, or you are unsure about the layout, I help put together a conversion-focused logical outline and structure. You also need your own domain name and web hosting, and I help you choose and set those up too.
Will I be able to change texts and images on my own after handover?
That depends on the chosen technology. With a content management system (e.g. WordPress): yes, through a clear administration interface you can update texts, prices, images and contact details without programming knowledge. With a fully custom-coded site: not everything can be changed freely without background knowledge. Directly editing clean code designed for maximum speed and custom behavior needs proper developer skills. In that case I make later content updates and price changes for you under a work order or maintenance agreement (and, if you wish, a simpler external content management interface can be attached for the most important texts).
What happens if the project takes longer than planned because of discussions or fine-tuning?
The agreed price does not change. We work with a fixed project price. If more complex form logic, the responsive layout or more thorough browser testing needs a few extra working days before going live, I take that time for the sake of quality, and it costs you nothing extra.
Does the service include connecting tracking codes (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel)?
Yes. A lead-generating page cannot work blind: I professionally place the Google Analytics 4 and Meta (Facebook) Pixel tracking codes and set up the basic conversion events (e.g. a successful form submission, a phone-call click), so your future ads can learn from accurate data.
What additional costs should I expect on top of the development fee?
Only the domain name renewal fee (typically $10–20 a year) and the web hosting rental (about $40–90 a year, depending on the provider you choose). There are no hidden monthly fees or mandatory subscriptions: the website runs on your own hosting and remains 100% the exclusive property of your company.
