How this shows up in practice
Values are easy to write on a website and easy to abandon under deadline pressure. The real test is what still holds when a project gets messy, a deadline gets tight, or a client asks for a shortcut.
These are the ones that don't move: say what's true even when it's not what the client wants to hear, build things properly the first time, and treat a client's time and money like they actually matter — because they do.
If any of this ever stops being true of the work here, that's worth calling out directly.
