These Terms & Conditions govern your use of motionflowstudio.com and any service booked, quoted, or delivered through it — including the free-website application program. By using this site or engaging MotionFlow Studio for work, you agree to the terms below.

Services
MotionFlow Studio builds email automation, payment systems, AI assistants, and custom software for small businesses, delivered as fixed-price, fixed-deadline packages as described on this site. Exact scope, price, and timeline for any project are confirmed in writing (email or a written quote) before work begins — the packages and prices listed on this site are starting points, not binding offers.
The free-website application program
From time to time, MotionFlow Studio offers a limited number of free WordPress websites to small businesses in exchange for the right to use the finished site as a portfolio reference, and the applicant's openness to providing a short testimonial or participating in a brief case study. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection — MotionFlow Studio chooses recipients at its own discretion, and unsuccessful applicants will be notified. Terms of the free build (scope, timeline, ownership) are confirmed individually with each selected applicant before work begins.
Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Paid projects are fixed-price: the quoted amount is not affected by how long the work actually takes, unless the agreed scope changes. Payment terms (deposit, milestones, due dates) are confirmed at the time of quoting. Late payment may pause active work until resolved.
Intellectual property
Once a paid project is delivered and paid in full, ownership of the final deliverable (code, design files, content created specifically for you) transfers to you, except for any third-party tools, libraries, or stock assets used under their own license. For projects delivered under the free-website program, MotionFlow Studio retains the right to showcase the finished site, screenshots, and a description of the work as a portfolio reference indefinitely, unless otherwise agreed in writing. MotionFlow Studio may reuse general-purpose code, components, and techniques developed during any project in future work for other clients.
Your responsibilities
Projects move at the pace of the information and materials you provide. Delays in providing content, feedback, access credentials, or approvals may extend the delivery timeline accordingly, without this being considered a missed deadline on our part.
Limitation of liability
MotionFlow Studio delivers services with reasonable skill and care, but makes no guarantee of specific business outcomes (e.g. sales, leads, rankings) resulting from the delivered systems or websites. To the extent permitted by law, MotionFlow Studio's total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with written notice. Work completed and any milestones already reached up to that point remain payable. For free-program builds, MotionFlow Studio may withdraw the offer at any point before completion if the applicant becomes unresponsive or unable to provide required materials within a reasonable time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute not resolved directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.
Changes to these terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Changes do not apply retroactively to work already confirmed in writing.
