Frequently asked questions
Who is Projectflare for?
Freelancers, developers and small teams who work on projects for clients and want to know exactly how much time each job takes and what it is worth.
How does the trial work?
For 30 days you use every feature without limits and without entering a card. If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, the account simply stops; nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel.
Do I need to install anything?
You don't have to. Projectflare runs in the browser at projectflare.motionflowstudio.com, on phone and computer alike. On Android you can get the app from Google Play; the iPhone and iPad app is coming soon.
Can my client or a partner get access?
Yes. Invite your client to the client portal: they follow the progress there, comment, share files and accept the quote or the contract online. Your partners see only the work assigned to them.
Does it connect to Google Calendar?
Yes, both ways. Work blocks and deadlines go into a separate “Projectflare” calendar, and when you change something in the calendar, it comes back to Projectflare.
What happens to my data?
Your data is stored in the European Union over an encrypted connection. We show no ads, don't track you and never sell your data. You can download all your data at any time and delete your account.
