Features
Everything a project needs. Nothing it doesn't.
One-tap time tracking
On a project or a task: start, pause, resume. In sync on every device you use.
Backdated entries and work log
Forgot to start the timer? Add the time afterwards and your log stays accurate.
Brief, tasks, progress
What the client wants, where you are, what is left. Progress is weighted by the estimates and updates live.
Reports
Day, week, month, year or any custom range. For hourly, fixed-price and non-billable projects alike.
PDF export for the client
Timesheets and project reports as a clean PDF, in one click.
Client portal
Invite the client by email: they follow the progress and comment phase by phase.
Google Calendar, two-way
Sessions and deadlines land in a separate “FocusFlow” calendar, and changes made in the calendar come back.
Countdown and reminders
See how much time is left and get notified before every deadline.
How it works
Three steps from the brief to the report.
- 01
A project with its brief
Add the client and the project: what they ask for, the tasks, and how long you expect each to take.
- 02
Track while you work
One tap starts the timer on the project or a task. Progress updates by itself.
- 03
Report for the client
Pick the period and send the timesheet or the project report as a PDF.
Client portal
The project's progress through your client's eyes.
Invite the client by email, and they see where the work stands in their own view. They comment phase by phase, so feedback sits next to the work, not in a long email thread.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Who is FocusFlow for?
Freelancers, developers and small teams who work on projects for clients and want to know exactly how much time each job takes: billed by the hour, at a fixed price or not billable at all.
How does the trial work?
For 30 days you use every feature without limits and without entering a card. If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, the account simply stops; nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel.
Do I need to install anything?
No. FocusFlow runs in the browser at focusflow.motionflowstudio.com, on phone and computer alike. The iOS and Android apps are coming soon.
What happens to my data?
Your data is stored in the EU over an encrypted connection. We show no ads and don't track you. You can download all your data at any time and delete your account; a deleted account can be restored for 30 days.
Does it connect to Google Calendar?
Yes, both ways. Sessions and deadlines go into a separate “FocusFlow” calendar, and when you change something in the calendar, it comes back to FocusFlow.
Can my client get access?
